India need to promote student's for Innovations.

In U.S. companies like Microsoft understood important of students talents, so they come up with talent hunting programs like DreamSpark, InnovateOn etc.

All over the world IT companies struggling to find workers with the knowledge and experience necessary to help our businesses compete and grow.
Absolutely, there are hurdles to get over. Skilled worker shortages, fierce competition amongst the ones who are skilled in a particular field, plus a whole new field to contend with now too! Having a background in the field of getting people simply employed in something is tough enough as it is.

Even we try to find where this skill build and produces ourself, but we only makeup it we get proper education and help of resources that required to build. As we says “nothing is inbuilt, and finally complete ”.

While there was high economic downturn and high unemployment rates in other countries, India were leading and performing in all aspects, and I think it was not only because of Indian Economy, but it has got very talent leaders in I.T.
And finally I am coming to the point that Indian student has very good talent, only concern is that they not getting proper education and resources to built their skills.
One more step ahead, it not just enough to providing facility and motivating for building skills, Indian Economy need to evolving and growing long-term such programs for it.

In coming decades there will be high requirements for working on emerging technologies and innovations, Such occupations will also require that job seekers possess a basic platform of skills to prosper in a global economy.
Not only our Economy but even communities, employers and schools need to work together to help our students get the knowledge and skills they will need to succeed in fields with high growth potential.
What is also required is the training and development of persons who would be providing accurate, current and important career information to young people.

The up and coming students definitely need accessibility and benefit of every educational resource they can.
let’s bring euphoria………promoting student’s Innovation programs.
